Still True or A New You?

During the 2026 August Eclipse Season, join this somatic activated movement session to finally move and release what no longer serves you, allowing your truest self to emerge.

This session encourages the body to release what isn’t true any more, and move into the new you.

Your body may be holding onto a version that no longer serves because it is familiar; familiar is safe, and the body craves safety. Give the body an opportunity to reveal what isn’t true to your highest purpose anymore, release what is allowing it to hold on so tightly, and move into a deeper truth. 

45 Minute Somatic Movement Session
